Additional Services

The best approach to true health is one that treats you as a whole person, more than the sum of your parts. Acupuncture, massage and whole-body vibration are just a few of the therapies that can enhance your response to chiropractic care.

Whole Body Vibration Therapy

Whole body vibration (WBV) was initially used with astronauts to regain muscle mass and bone density after extended periods in space. It later transitioned into rehabilitation and performance training for elite athletes and is now becoming available to the masses. There are many benefits linked to WBV including increased bone density, improved balance and muscle tone, and increased blood and oxygen to tissues which helps you heal faster. We use the VibraWav platform in our office to improve our patients' response to care and take an active role in their recovery. You can get more information on how WBV works here and check out the research here.

Hydrobed Therapy

Massage is a wonderful complement to chiropractic care - it helps rid your body of toxins, releases tight muscles and provides a much needed respite from today's hectic pace. The hydrobed gives you a heated water massage in just about any area you need it, allowing you to relax and de-stress. Sessions only take 10 to 15 minutes so it's easy to fit in to your schedule... a great way to decrease how often you may need traditional massage therapy.

Massage Therapy

Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine

Health is more than a physical state - it encompasses your emotional state as well. Li works on the whole person by balancing your energy, or Qi (pronounced "Chi"). This balance allows you to be more aware of your emotional and physical triggers, leaving you better equipped to handle them in the future. She is a great addition to chiropractic care and your journey toward wellness.
